Bought 1 bag, enjoyed. Bought a few at once online to get shipped to my work, never arrived. Customer service has been nonexistent. Purchase was made early December, still haven't received it. No help with a new order or refund. I've never had to leave a poor review before, but I'm out $80 and haven't received a reply in weeks (Dec 28th).
