What is a London Fog?
A London Fog is a comforting hot tea-based drink made with Earl Grey tea (typically black tea), steamed milk, and a touch of sweetness (typically vanilla and honey). HOW TO MAKE A GREEN LONDON FOG
- 3 tsp Earl Green Cream tea steeped in 4oz water just below boiling
- 1 tsp Matcha Powder
- Agave or honey to taste
- Ice
- Milk of your choice
Use the steeped tea to whisk up your matcha, sweeten and pour over ice.
Top it off with milk and enjoy!
