Product Ingredients & Allergens

No, we do not use artificial ingredients. Any flavourings listed in our ingredients are natural extracts and oils.

We do not add sugars to any of our teas.

Some of our blends contain almonds, pistachios, and walnuts. Due to the nature of our blending process, there is potential for cross-contamination in other products. If you have a severe nut allergy, please contact us before ordering.

All of our teas contain no added flours, however we are not certified gluten-free.

All of our teas are vegan except Tiramisu and Chocolate Strawberry varieties.

Nutritional Information

Most fruit infusions contain less than 1g of carbohydrates per cup. All of our teas have fewer than 3 calories per serving.

Sourcing & Certifications

We are not fair trade certified, though our teas are sourced ethically.

Our organic varieties are labeled accordingly on their product pages.

Our green teas are sourced from China and Japan, black teas from India and Sri Lanka, rooibos from Africa, and yerba mate from South America.

Caffeine & Decaffeination

All rooibos teas and most herbal teas are naturally caffeine-free (except yerba mate blends). We also carry three decaffeinated black teas (Earl Grey, Ceylon Orange Pekoe, Vanilla Cream) and one decaffeinated green tea (Sencha).

We use a CO2 decaffeination process that uses pressurized carbon dioxide to remove caffeine without the use of harmful solvents.

Product Knowledge

Matcha is a high-quality, finely ground green tea that is dissolved in below-boiling water rather than steeped. Because you ingest the whole leaf, matcha provides 10-15 times more benefits than traditionally steeped green tea.

White teas rank highest in antioxidants among steeped teas. However, matcha provides the most antioxidants overall since you ingest the leaf directly.

Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed in 5-7 business days. We offer flat rate $9.99 shipping within Canada and the USA. Free shipping is available on orders over $75.

No, tea is considered a food product and cannot be returned or exchanged.
