Black tea, pistachios, cumin, sliced almonds, coriander, pink peppercorns, natural flavours.

Patisserie doesn’t taste like every other dessert tea — and that’s exactly why people remember it.

Pistachio and almond create its rich, nutty heart, but then cumin, coriander and pink peppercorn arrive and make things considerably more interesting. The spices add warmth and complexity without turning the blend into chai, while the black tea gives everything enough structure to keep the cup balanced.

Add steamed milk and the nutty flavours become even more luxurious, transforming it into a pistachio almond tea latte that feels more dessert menu than tea cupboard. This is an all-time tealish best seller that was brought back by popular demand.

Sweet pistachio and almond lead the cup, followed by intriguing layers of warm spice and a rich black tea finish.

I'm not sure how to describe this tea other than to say that it is such an "interesting" blend. The different flavours definitely do work together and the blend is very flavourful... But I don't know. It's not the one I reach for the most, more one I reach for when I'm in the mood for something "different" and unique, with a kick. Currently on the fence about wether I would reorder or not, although I AM glad I tried it..

My two favourite tea qualities are sweetness and spice, and this tea has both! It’s a yummy afternoon treat.

Light balanced sweetness with just the right flavor balance

How is this tea so good? I was honestly skeptical when I read the ingredients, but everything from Tealish has been a hit so far, so went for it - and again, a delicious winner!

Sugar cookie dough forward

I nice alternative to a rich dessert. Tastes like sugar cookie dough, or dough in general.

Tastes like a Frenchpastry . . with a bit of spice

Deep flavor. . with just a hint of spice. It's a great dessert tea because it tastes just like French pastry.

You gotta try this one . . .

I'm with Jen T. on this one . . . it's a very interesting combination of flavours, you don't really taste the almond or pistachio, however, there's a lovely baked goods type of flavour, very delicate & a bit creamy . . . I was concerned about the pink peppercorns, the spice blend is so subtle, it's amazing . . . also love the mild sweetness

A fantastic blend like nothing else.

This is such a delightful blend that is creamy, smooth, and has a full-bodied taste. The complex combination of flavours makes this a perfect choice for tea with meals, or with more savoury options. It’s great!

My favourite!

This tea tastes like baked pastry! I love how versatile it is. It tastes great on its own but I also enjoyed it brewed a bit stronger and added 2oz unsweetened vanilla oat milk. As a latte, it is excellent, with either regular or oat milk. I recommend savouring a small piece of dark chocolate (I eat 90-100%, no sugar) while sipping this tea, the combination is reminiscent of eating a chocolate croissant.

Hard to describe. . .

This one was interesting. . . you don't really taste the almond or pistachio, but there's a lovely baked goods type of fragrance and flavour about it, very delicate and a bit creamy. I was worried about the cumin but it's subtle and blends in with the rest of the spices.

Comfortingly sweet

An original and evocative blend, nutty with a hint of spice. While I hesitate to call the tea itself 'sweet', it definitely puts the drinker in mind of sweetness! Some strong but balanced flavours that may be a bit intense for some, but that will envelope others in a cashmere-like sweetness, sophisticated and warm :)

Tastes like cake as promised

It certainly is flavorful. . it actually does taste like Patisserie. My only minor issue was there was a spice that made it taste a bit bold for me.
But didn't interfere with the flavor which is " right on"

Great with chocolate

This is a mild-tasting, smooth black tea with a pleasant, nutty smell. My wife enjoys drinking this tea alongside a bit of chocolate (she says it brings out the flavours) but it’s also good on its own. We will order this one again.

Kind of tasteless

I like my black teas to be strong, so I usually do 2 tsp rather than one. However, this tea did not have much taste to it at all like their other black teas. I will try adding a couple more teaspoons next time to see if that brings out the flavour. Not too keen on repurchasing this one though.

It's alright

I was so excited for this because I've seen so many great reviews.
It just fell flat for me. I didn't get any ""bakery"", and had a spicy taste.

Not what I was expecting

I will have to give it another try but the first cup I brewed I didn't really enjoy. I think i was expecting a creamy and sweet tea, like a pastry.
