Green tea, peppermint, spearmint, lemon verbena, lavender, rose petals, natural flavours.

Lavender Mint combines green tea, peppermint tea, spearmint, lavender tea botanicals, rose petals and lemon verbena in one bright, aromatic blend.

Peppermint and spearmint create that unmistakably fresh, cooling character. Lavender softens the mint with a delicate floral note, while rose petals add another layer of fragrance and lemon verbena gives the finish a clean citrus lift.

It’s a blend that fits beautifully into a simple daily wellness ritual. Lavender has a long history of use in relaxing evening and self-care rituals, while peppermint and spearmint are traditionally enjoyed after meals for digestive comfort. The green tea base also naturally contains polyphenols and provides a moderate amount of caffeine.

And because it feels a little more special than an everyday green tea, Lavender Mint makes an easy tea gift for mom, a teacher appreciation gift, hostess gift or small thank-you gift — especially paired with a favourite mug or tea infuser.

Serve it hot when you want something aromatic and cozy, or make it into a refreshing lavender mint iced tea with plenty of ice and a slice of lemon.

Cooling peppermint and spearmint softened by delicate lavender and rose, with a fresh green tea and citrus finish.

Good

It is a nice mix of lavender and mint, I would like a little bit more lavender flavour though.

Better Hot Than Iced

I was sure this would be my absolute favorite since I love both mint and lavender (I go crazy for the Starbucks lavender drinks in summer!). But as an iced tea, the floral notes came through very strongly, and I didn’t enjoy it as much as I expected.

That said, I think this will be much more enjoyable as a hot tea, where the floral undertone will feel soothing rather than overpowering. This blend also made me realize something about my own tastes: when it comes to iced teas, I gravitate more toward fruity and sweet profiles than floral ones.

The overall flavour is nice

The overall flavour is nice with a lovely mint note but the lavender does not come through as much as I would like.
