A great Natural Medicine!

Love this tea for when I’m sick. Soothes the throat. I throw in raw honey or manuka, fresh ginger, 1/2 an organic lemon, cinnamon, cloves, a pinch of organic cayenne pepper, clove powder and mashed garlic. This will heal strep throat or help a cold/flu. All natural and it works! If you’re not a garlic fan, omit but garlic is a super food that can acts as an antibiotic without the harmful side effects. This is my go to when I’m feeling sick. A great tea! Highly recommend.

My goodness, it’s another new favourite

This might sound horrendously weird, or not, but this tea literally reminds me of the savoury goodness of a classic, comforting chicken noodle soup that met with a cup of tea. Just my take on it. The flavours are amazing. A little bit of zing from the lemon and ginger, but so very much comfort in a cup. I am going to now keep this stocked for the colder cold and flu months. I haven’t tried it with honey but I would imagine that that would also be a great addition to this blend. I also love the fact that it is packed with antioxidants. A feel good blend. So glad I decided to try this one!
