Good basket tea infuser and fit in most of my mugs (i love very big mugs.. so its nice it fits). However the 5 stars is mainly for customer service - the basket tea infuser is nice and really like the black friday sale for it, but a mistake happened at first and they sent me a different tea infuser, way cheaper looking and as soon as I contacted tealish customer service about it they were promtp in fixing the mistake and sent me the item I ordered promptly. So yes, 5 stars definetly and thanks again to customer servixe for fixing the issue promptly. I still recommend their teas and buying from them. :)

Not per the picture - at all.

Very disapointed this time with tealish. What I have received is not the tea basket shown in the picture and is barely worth $2. I understand black Friday sale might have placed a lot of demands but don't send me a rubbish quality replacement. Now I'm trying to get in touch with your customer service - I want a refund or better the item I order as shown.
