SPARKLING COLD TEA INFUSION "MIZUDASHI" / JASMINE DRAGON PEARLS

How do you make an iced tea even more refreshing? Make it sparkle ✨ 

We love the Cold Brew method for brewing iced teas! It's easy and creates a delicious soft infusion. We recently tried out the cold brew steeping method with sparkling water and the results were amazing! 

This sparkling cold tea infusion is simple, refreshing and special enough to rival champagnes, cocktails or ciders this summer. 

This method would work with most teas but we recommend oolong teas, darjeeling teas or green teas. The cold brew method prevents any over steeping or astringency in these teas. 

Sparkling Cold Tea Infusion Recipe: 

  • 1-3 teaspoons Jasmine Dragon Pearls Green Tea (or loose leaf tea) 
  • Add to a large bottle of sparkling water, allow leaves to steep freely in the bottle. 
  • Allow to steep at least 6 hours (or overnight in the fridge) 
  • Pour through a strainer (optional!) over a glass of ice and enjoy!
