ICED LOOSE LEAF TEA / How to Make Iced Teas
Hot Method
4 tsp Tealish Tea
6.5 oz boiling water
1.5 tsp sweetner
Lemon slice (if desired)
Glass of ice
Infuse tea for 3-5 mins in boiling
water. Stir in sweetner of choice.
Pour over ice. Garnish with lemon
and enjoy your Iced Tea!
Cold Method
3 tsp Tealish Tea
16 oz cold water
Infuse tea in cold water overnight
in the fridge. Remove leaves in the
morning and add sweetener and
garnish of your choice. The cold
method is the easiest way to make
iced tea. The overnight steeping
gently brews the tea, bringing out its
full flavour and avoiding bitterness,
which is ideal for green and
black teas.
