OOLONG TEA

Partially oxidized, Oolong teas fall in a category between a Black and a Green tea.  It's flavour profile is deep and complex and can differ greatly depending on the region in which the leaves are harvested.  Notes of honey, orchid, vanilla, butter and more can be observed within Oolong teas and are often used for multiple infusions.
